App to download youtube videos?

Is there an ipad app that I can use to download youtube videos? My school has lectures on youtube, and I want to save them and watch while on a plane ride.

Also, is there a program for osx or windows that downloads youtube videos?

McTube Youtube player allows "caching" of videos up to 1080p for offline use.

Ahh iOS, oops. Try downloading it on your PC and Handbrake to m4v.

For iOS, I usually use this app called Free Video Downloader - Download manager and Media Player. For osx, my favorite is ISkysoft Free Video Downloader.
