App to get back to initial os state?

I want to know if there is an app that will delete everything (except any designated files you wish to keep) to the inital osx state

I do NOT want to restore

Ideally, the app would leave any and all kext files that I have obtained for my devices

Ideally the app will apply only from the user directory. I have so much clutter that TM doesnt help with getting rid of it

Any ideas?
