Anyone else have huge "App to Homescreen" stutter? I pretty much see only the last quarter of the animation most of the time when I leave an app after I've been using it awhile. If I have a keyboard open, it's much worse. Stutter can be seen in a similar fashion when using the pinch to close gesture. Open the app and close it immediately after and it's smooth. I *just* performed a reset all settings literally right before posting this, and I have restored as new before and I've had the issue persist every time. I'm using a mini 2. Any other mini 2/3 or Air 1 users having the same experience?
