App to make Mac see ultra wide screen as 2 displays?

I'm looking for an app that will "fool" my Mac into thinking my ultra wide monitor is actually 2 screens.. I've had a few times it would be useful, particularly when watching videos that are embedded into websites, the only option is to full screen but I don't need it to be the full width of my 34" ultra wide...

Does such an app exist?
