App to re-name the carrier??

I have seen on some screen shots where people have re-named the carrier on the top of the screen. (i.e. changing it from at&t to your name, or anything else)
Can anyone tell me what the name of the app is that can do this?

Download Supreme Preferences. That is in my opinion the best way to do it plus you can customize tons of other stuff🙂
