app to sync folders and files

Hi,

Could someone recommend a good folder-and-file compare and sync app, please? Something that syncs a pair of folders based on file content, modification date, size, etc? I'm not looking for backup software. I'd just like something that can compare and contrast two folders of image files on different HD volumes.

Tried out Chronosync (excluded certain unnecessary files from being transferred across) and then used File Buddy and Tidy Up to analyze the two folders on the separate drives to look for unique files onlt. Expected them to find only the files I excluded as unique files, but they're listing duplicates, too. So don't know what's going on. Any ideas?

Started File Synchronization working on the same folders as Chronosync and after an hour it's still working away. Anyone else think it's slow?
