iPhone App to take picture when incorrect pin

Are there any apps (pref free), that will take a picture from the front facing camera, if the pin is entered incorrectly?

I'm not jailbroken and won't be jailbreaking. I presume Apple doesn't allow his in the App Store?

There aren't really any third party apps that can work while a system action like PIN screen/entry is taking place.
