App To Test Network Throughput

So I bought an Airport Extreme and D-Link DIR-655 and I'd like to the compare the throughput on each from my wireless LAN to the wired NAS that is attached to each router. Now I know I can use istat or activity monitor to view the up to date transfer rate but I'd like an application that will transfer the test file for me and provide me with the average speed for each of my test cases.

Dude, stop being so lazy. Just transfer a largish file to the drive and time it or monitor Activity Monitor. 😀
