Does anyone know of a (preferably free) application that lets you set upload and download speed limits on a specific application?
I used to use NetLimiter on Windows but haven't found anything on the Mac side of things yet.

I want to primarily throttle my download speed because Unison seems to max out and stall my cable internet connection at times and is very annoying. It has a download speed limiter built-in, but it doesn't seem to always obey that.

I saw Throttled while I was looking around but unfortunately that appears to just let you limit your upload speed from what I can tell.

Carrafix seems like it should work, but for some reason doesn't give me a numerical value of what I'm limiting my download speed to- just the slider. Nevertheless, it does seem to work, so I'll be using that unless I find something else.

Thanks!
