App/tweak to allow icons to 'float'

Anyone know of a cydia app or tweak (or anything), that will allow me to arrange my icons without having an icon directly before it, if that makes sense.

example (did it in 10 seconds in mspaint 😛)

sweet, i tryed both, 8 blank apps sucks cuz it places an invisible link to the creators website, but the iblank just provides clear empty space.
