iPhone App Update issues in Beta 5 on iPhone 5

Is anybody else having trouble updating apps or installing new apps in beta 5? They all just sit there and say waiting. I've tried deleting and reinstalling to no avail? Anybody else seeing this issue?

Yes, it's in the developer release notes, and there's multiple other threads on this page for the same exact thing.

Try Apple's suggested fix from the release notes first, then this guy also has his own solution.
