App Updates

What would be the best app to use to keep all of my applications (including third party) up to date?

I've used App Fresh before, and it seems to be pretty good. I'd be interested to know, also, if there is any other option, though.

I've been using the AppUpdate dashboard widget lately. It's working out pretty well. Probably not as fully featured as AppFresh, but certainly smaller and gets the job done.
