App will not install and disappears (w/ video)

I'm trying to install a calculator app on my iPad, and when I hit install, it puts the app on page 2 like it is supposed to, then it completely disappears.

I'm running the latest software, no jailbreak. I've restarted the iPad and that doesn't help.

Here's a video with the issue I just took. I'm not sure why the video is sideways since I took it with my iPhone 4. Any ideas on the iPad issue?

I would try downloading the app from your computer and syncing to the iPad.

Also, have you tried with other apps, or is it just this one app?

I'll try that.

I tried it with another app (Sand Slides) and had the exact same problem.
