App window positions not being remembered

So after upgrading from Mountain Lion to Mavericks I've noticed the window position for a lot of Apps are not remembered.

For example, I positioned the Calendar App in the bottom left corner of my external Thunderbolt Display. When I completely close the App (CMD+Q) and reopen it, the App is now positioned on my main iMac display.

Anyone know of any fixes for this?
