App Windows hanging off the edge

Is there any way to configure the computer so it is impossible to drag windows off the edge of the screen?

I would love it if they all stayed neatly or at least on the screen so i didnt see half or a fraction of them.

How are they leaving the screen completely? Your mouse arrow stops at the edge. 😕

I don't think he meant they're leaving the screen completely. Just that he wants it set up so that even part of a window can't go off the screen. I find it useful a lot of the time to be able to drag things partly off the page, only showing what I need to see at that particular time, instead of constantly resizing the windows. Maybe that's just me, though.

Anyways, OP, I don't know of any way to completely keep them from hanging off the screen.
