App won't finish loading

I have one app out of pages of apps that hasn't loaded to my new phone. I can see the icon but it is greyed out and says waiting. I can't delete it either. What can I do about it?

You'd either want to do the hard reset (holding down the power button and home button until the apple appears) and if that doesn't work; go into the App Store and just search those app, and hit the cloud icon to redownload, it should show up then.

Did it work? I had a lady with same issue and that's how we resolved it. If not, there's contact apple support

Yes! I just went to the App Store and clicked on the cloud button. Thanks!
