I saw this on reddit this morning. Lockdown pro has not worked on my 5s and just puts me in safe mode.

This is available on the debs repo, http://cydia.jerryen.com

So far it has been working great without a hitch, there is a settings pane where you check off what apps you want to hide.

Personally i don't like the fact that they are not searchable with spotlight but who knows if that will be added in an update.

From a 5s standpoint, this is the only working tweak to hide apps for me.

Do apps still show in the switcher with this? I know that is a common problem with some hiding methods.

Currently I'm using poof and it works okay. It doesn't hide the camera app and it sends me into safe mode if I don't respring before leaving the app.

Sounds like this might be a good alternate.

What do you mean if it still shows in the switcher? If you mean spotlight then no it does not show up there.

Just installed on my iPad 3, and I didn't see stocks or newsstand in the list. There were possibly others I couldn't hide either. Must be a bug.

Newsstand doesn't show up for me either in the list but stocks does, its one that i had hid.

No in the app switcher (dbl press home button). On iOS 6 I had all my apps hidden except for the dock. Originally I did it with springtomize but the only apps in my switcher were the dock apps. Poof didn't have that issue.
