iPhone Appinfo freezing up?

Is this happening for anybody else? I have an iPhone 5 JB on 6.1. It runs perfectly fine on my iPad but not iPhone. It opens but as soon as I scroll down it just freezes up. I tried uninstalling/installing and rebooting with no luck.

Any ideas??
