Apple 12w usb power adapter for Apple watch

Has anyone brought the Apple 12w usb power adapter for the Apple watch, I did thinking it may charge watch faster .
But now watch is on way to be delivered, I'm not sure to use ?

It's listed on Apple's website as an Apple Watch accessory.

I know which is why I got it but then I've looked on Apple web site there's someone else asking Same question but no answer.
I've sent email to Apple asking ,just waiting for reply.

The only iPhones that can charge faster with a 12w power supply plugged in are the 6 & the 6+, so I'd be surprised if the Watch does being that it's a 1st generation product.

Someone will test it I'm sure, but at least it will work-even at 'normal' speed.
