Apple Account Balance Cannot Be Added to Wallet?

I have an Apple Account Balance of $150 and it shows that it’s eligible to be added to my Wallet.

Yet, when I go to do so, I get this error message.

Any idea how to add this to Wallet?

I have apple account balance and i was able to add it to the wallet. Just added it from the email i got about the credit in the apple account.
