why in itunes when i download a update for a app...i always have to update my account....there never happend before so often as now when i have a ipad added to

Ya I just downloaded an app and iTunes gave me a new terms page that I had to accept before downloading.

This was on my computer.

Perhaps a new version of iTunes is on it's way ?

don't know but i never got the message to update my account so often!...annoying!
