That sounds like a dud. I just got a set of new AirPods for Christmas and didn’t notice any of those faults. Are you sure they’re genuine?

I have genuine APP and case is click-clacking, but I don't care.

Why the hell can't we consider countries for manufacturing that don't have oppressive governments and horrible human rights issues?

Can we stop rewarding governments for being horrible???

Did you buy a knock off?

I’ve experience the exact same thing and I can assure you mine are legit and purchased, as well as picked up direct from Apple (Yorkdale Mall, Toronto)! I’ve kept the case either in my jeans change pocket or my bed side table only. The dust these pickup vs the v1 AirPods is astounding making them appear to be cheap. Another reason Apple should be making black and other colours at launch not just this “white” as if you state it’s better than others (colour).

I think his AirPods are probably genuine. I have returned my fifth set of AirPods pros as they keep failing after six days with noise cancelling and microphone issues. The build quality is appalling in comparison to the Gen 1’s and yes the case is as flimsy as hell

What's so oppressive about Vietnam? From what my friends say, it just sounds like a typical poor country, not at all like China.

And that would be wrong.
