Apple Airport N Express Base A1392

Hi,
Will the Apple Airport N Express Base A1392 connect to the hotspot on my mobile and provide my phone internet through Ethernet to dependant hardware eg Phillips hue bridge?

I’ve not used this model but I have the older one and it does what you want. I’m sure this one does too.
