Same - Apple Store app is still showing down for me right now. I'm eligible to upgrade (tested on website) if I make one more payment of $56. (Thanks for shipping in NOVEMBER last year, Apple).

If my current iPhone X Status is the following, when can I buy a new XS Max? I want to pre-order on upgrade program.

Just curious - is anyone on the IUP that switched to a FirstNet account? It's administered through AT&T, but the app is telling me it had trouble contacting my carrier.
Just finished my pre-approval. Did anyone have the option to select AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss protection? Someone on reddit did and posted a screenshot, but I didn't get that option unless I somehow missed it.

Restarted the app and I'm through with the preapproval process, so I'm supposedly good to go for Mad Max tomorrow night 😀
Let's hope the app store comes up at a proper time unlike the chaos of the past two years (well heck, every year). I got second wave thanks to that, despite being preapproved last year too.

I ordered for in-store pickup which was available for several hours last year and had no problems. I will hopefully do the same this year.
Just did my preapproval. No issues and it did offer the lost protection for $4 and change on ax’s max

I want to upgrade from my 7, which is paid off on the Apple Upgrade Program. But when I log in, it gives me the run-around to re-enroll, but when I try, it says my phone is paid off. I know this already!! Should I stop by the Apple Store on Thursday and see if I can do it there?
Thought it would be easy again this year, but it's not looking like it. It says my phone isn't even part of the upgrade program, but it is, haha. I did get it swapped under AppleCare+ once, so they must've not registered the new phone's SN in the system. On hold with Apple now. Anyone else ever notice this after an AppleCare+ swap during the year?
