The only Apple keyboard I've enjoyed typing on since the 2014 MBP was released (and before that, the 2011 MBP and then the wired aluminium keyboard and then the PowerBook G4 AL / Ti, etc.) has been the iMac Pro. It's a very slight iteration (I swear, but maybe the books tell something different) and improvement upon the ghastly 2016 / 2017 MBP keyboards.

I should probably rephrase that to: I thought I would hate it but I've been impressed. That said, you will have to pry my cold, dead hands from my aluminium Mac Pro Apple Keyboard and the Apple Pro Keyboard...

Let’s see. Apple branded KBs I’m using on various systems include:

I’d have to say my favorite of Apple branded are the wired aluminum chicklet w/ numberpad followed by the midget wireless aluminum chicklet keyboards. I’m still totally into the others as I have them matched up to era systems which is part of the experience for me but for daily drivers the a1243 is it.

My fav non Apple keyboard is my kb9930. Just love the feel of the keys. I'd be in heaven if I could find an apple keyboard that feels like that. I’m also into the Logitech tablet KB. It’s kind of clicky but I like that, its full size (less numpad), works on tablets and pcs/macs & the flat sleeve/stand is really nice for transportation. Best of all, they're going for dead cheap used prices. Saw one yesterday on CL for $5 bucks.

I think my favorite keyboard accessory I have is a Henge keyboard/mouse track pad dock. I use this with a core2duo mini media box to keep both usable & physically connected on the lap.

I have a bunch of various Apple Keyboards from over the years of Macs, and I really don't hate any of them. I'm a big fan of Apple's keyboards. :p

I have:
- Apple Extended Keyboard II (I used this on our oldest Macs when I was a baby before our iMac G3 came around.)
- iMac G3 Bondi Keyboard (I have I think all the colors of these... Not my favorite keyboard, but not bad. I used it for a long time as a kid.)
- Apple Pro Keyboard Black (I like these a lot, notably because of the volume keys. The key presses on these are nice.)
- Apple Keyboard White (For the eMac, which my family had for a number of years too, I really like these keyboards too.)
- Apple Aluminum Keyboard (My family had a 2007 iMac for a long time too, and I really enjoyed this keyboard, it's probably one of my favorites.)
- Apple Wireless Aluminum Keyboard (I just got this last week, it's so similar to the wired one, which is nice.)

The Apple laptop keyboards, especially the Pismo, Titanium, and iBook G3 are some of my favorites too. I had a Pismo in middle school and the keyboard is amazing to type on. Surprisingly, even though I had fond memories of using them when my dad had a PowerBook G4 Aluminum and early MacBook Pro, recently I've realized that I don't really like typing on the Aluminum PowerBook G4 keyboards as much as I remember.

Lots of keyboards. I always get a lot of flack for liking Apple keyboards, but it's probably mainly because it's what I learned and know really well. I just like the way they feel. :p

Yanno, I did not chime in on portables. My favorite portable keyboard to type on is my 17" Powerbook SLSD. That keyboard totally slays.

Looks close to the alu Apple keyboard ;) Though I find the combination of the white edge with the grey board reminds me of a sci-fi movie playing in a hospital or a clean building where every person is even tempered. :) or the edges of a board where you get your meal on. :) Sorry, no, it is really great. I was just kidding.

I'd like to add that Apple's keyboards while nice, are no way ergonomic. I have the wireless and wired of the G5 keyboard which i use currently with my Mac Pro.
