Maybe now that these have been done, Apple can get around to updating the other watch faces for the 1hz background refresh. They’ve only had a year and a half, can’t rush these things.

Can everybody buy a strap? No but everybody can use a watch face and wallpaper ! There is no good reason to give a pride wallpaper without giving a unity wallpaper this year !

I hope that one day Apple will honor IT’S heritage and create a watchband and watch face using the six colors with green as the top color of the rainbow. The closest I can get now is creating a stripes watch face with six colors but the colors don’t perfectly match the original logo and the angle isn’t quite right.

Actually, I like the Merch and stuff, but I remember the times when this used to be one day, then one week. I find that quite strange given there’s no hate of these communities between sane people anymore and sadly I think it just adds to the polarization and fuels hatred in those who already hate everyone.
Pride and Black History are some of the most beautiful bands Apple does.

It's about support for a minority group in the face of bigotry. Things have come a long way, but still far too many gay teens kill themselves due to bullying and the stigma of being gay. Pride celebrations don't seek your approval, however, and you are free to ignore it if you want. Personally, I always want to check the browser history of people that are triggered by what other people celebrate, when it doesn't affect them. Live and let live.

We need 3rd party watch faces - not just ones Apple thinks are important.
That's one of the reasons I went to Garmin because the Apple ones got stale quickly. They need to make an "Apple Watch Face Kit" (or similarly named) where devs or techy laypersons can create their own.
