imo Telegram is the better Platform but old people can't be bothered to switch.

How is Telegram better? It is unencrypted by default, messages are stored on a server, and the community groups have essentially made a place for people I don't want to interact with.

The Signal protocol is the Gold standard for E2EE communication. I'll stick with that thanks.

There are usability features that WhatsApp definitely does better.

I do wish they would release features for iOS that they have been available for Android for awhile. Such as translations without having to copy and past to Translate, multiple accounts just to name 2

I want to see more researches and reports about this “too good to be true” announcement. Not that I don’t trust researchers and scientists inside Apple’s work, but such big advancement can’t possibly be done only by 1 company and nobody else.

Apple is not the only company working on quantum resistance. Signal released their Quantum Resistance Protocol back in September of last year.

I tried WhatsApp, it’s pretty much spam magnet. Luckily for me , almost every one I know uses iMessage. For those who don’t, I just text.

Wow! This is great! I also hope to chat and communicate with my friends, people I know, using iMessage.
