apple app store app question

I know you can buy apps from the store, but how many times can you install them or do you only get one chance with it once you buy it?

I am curious how they go about this, in case I want to install something on my mac mini and then my MBP (that I will be picking up once I get some extra money)

You can install and download them as often as you want with the same iTunes/Mac App Store account on more than one computer.

ok, will anything be effected if my brother logs into his account on my computer with his different app store info? Like will it cause the apps I bought not to work? Just curious cause I will have to watch him if he signs in on mine to mess with my apps lol.
