Hi guys I'm coming across this error that says "Sorry, we couldn't find the logged in customer." It's Apple Store App, this is my first time coming across this I am running iOS 5 beta 5. Has anybody come across this. Anybody know a fix for it? Thanks for your guys time looking into this post.

Sounds like it's a bug in the beta. Try logging out and than logging back in just to make sure. If it's a bug you should report it to Apple.
I don't think its a bug, I tried to install it on my iPod and I'm running 4.3 on it and it still comes up with the same error. I think some how my Apple ID got messed up
Contact Apple, they are very helpful. You have figured out your ID does not work on 4.3 or 5, so Apple has the power to fix it.
Or take the approach that it could be a system glitch and will clear up in a couple of hours.

He mentioned the ID not working on 4.3 , so his issue might be an Apple issue.

yeah i can't even log into the Apple Store App on my iPod or iPad...this sucks...does apple have a phone number i can call

The link I sent opens in safari. I can't find a phone number. I think they handle support online via their contact form.

He posted Tge same question in the hack section saying he was jb. My guess it might be a conflict do to trying to pirate apps. I could be wrong but I seen other people that pirate have similar problems not all some.
nope no pirate app or jailbreak just running iOS 5 Beta 5. iPod running 4.3 and iPad running 4.3.

Either way only Apple can help problems with the Apple ID. Use the contact form they reply within 24 hours usually. Or open Safari and live chat with support if you can.

They said they couldn't help cause I'm running 5.0 I told them I have my ipod that running 4.3 and it doesn't work on it either. i don't know what i'm going to do now

Email them back don't mention 5.0.

My guess you turned the Apple ID into an iCloud account and somehow that has stuffed it up. Make sure you are using the correct username/password also.
Man you are right, the Apple Store App is connected to my hotmail account it just dawn on me today on my lunch break. I got it all working now

Same problem here, this thing worked last week and noe it won't. I'm on 4.3.5 and not jailbroken. This is ridiculous. Anyone get it fixed?
