Its essentially prosecuting Apple for protecting peoples privacy from government and other nefarious actors.

I take the side of whom I feel to be right. And I feel this lawsuit is completely and utterly without merit.

They couldve done a lawsuit… its just that this lawsuit is especially bad.

It would be pretty funny if the court just dismissed this before it even started, but as much as I agree with Apple's claims here this is too high profile to just get dropped. We've got a good 5 or 6 years ahead of us with thread after thread repeating the same points over and over.

Oh, my friend. There are many left to defend apple. The critics make so much noise with any bad news about apple that’s it’s deafening.
