Just relax during the process, and think simple straight forward answers. Is it plugged in? Is the modem on? That kind of stuff. Don't ramble. Mention empathy or being empathetic. it starts out at like $14.50 an hour. I'm just hoping because this seems like a great job. I have had 3 years experience in the customer call center field and I enjoyed it but this would be even better working from home. A bit of experience in the technical field along with my associates degree in Information Technology but a little new to the Apple field.
