Just noticed this and was a bit disappointed - the iPad Mini price bump to $399 was already a bit of a hike. Now it's $419.

Since I do all of my shopping in the US of A perhaps I will pick up my iPad there. American AppleCare+ compatible in Canada right?

Oddly, the iPhone 5C costs $50 more ($599 vs $549) for 16 GB, and the 5C 32 GB is $70 more ($719 vs $649).

$20 isn't bad on the iPads. We get far more screwed than that on many other things.
