I thought it applied to the low end iMac last year 😕 I remember last year it just being the Mac mini and Mac Pro that were included.

well when I got my macbook 4 weeks ago, I was given a student discount + a $100 rebate on a printer. When the ipod deal comes out, could I have gotten the student discount+a printer+ipod touch?!? That would have been nuts. Any way I can "apply" for the discount?

It didn't apply to the Mac Mini or the 17" iMac (which was for sale at the time to education buyers, making it the low-end model). The Mac Pro was applicable in the deal.
