Mine aslo shipped this morning but mine has a exception that says "Package received after FedEx cutoff." WTF? Anyone else get this? Well i hope still receive it on the 24th as it still says i should.

What is interesting is that while the tracking numbers are not in FED EX's system, it is Apple reporting that it delivers by the 23rd, not fedex.

Wouldn't it be interesting if Apple, to avoid the ATT system problems of last week, and of previous years, decided to let some subset of preorders (say the ones through their website which is the ones they can control most easily) arrive on the 23rd to ease the activations systems for all the ATT.com and retail store phones on the 24th.

I, too, have wondered this...we will just have to wait and see...no way to know for sure...

I think that it would be wise and shouldn't be looked upon as too unfair - esp if it would actually help everyone get theirs activated.

That link is included on all emails from FedEx and/or Apple. I ordered V-Moda headphones from the Apple website and I did the pre-signature print and left it on my door. Came back and FedEx left a door-hanger saying something along the lines of it being too expensive or something and a signature would be required. Needless to say, I picked it up at the FedEx location nearby. I would think an iPhone 4 would be more valuable than headphones.

Maybe it depends on your FedEx carrier. I really hope mine doesn't try to hold my phone, because it's going to be well over a week before I can go and pick it up (thank you work schedule). :\

Ship?

Will they ever ship mine??

ATT orders?

Folks.....not sure if this question has been asked before (sorry...didn't have time to scroll all the messages): any updates for the ATT orders? Mine still shows "processing" in the ATT website (premier customer).

Just means that you have no ethics. I feel very sorry for you.

How is this unethical? It's a free market... costs are set by supply and demand. Obviously in this particular case the demand is WAY higher than the supply. If he can get $1000 for his phone from someone who can't wait a month, then that's what the market supported and he got paid $700 for a days work.

If nobody buys it, then nobody thought it was worth it... and no worries to you.

I think the price is too low. He spent $300, sells it for $1000, has to buy another to replace it... not for $300 but for either $500 (if they'll let him) or $700. That's not enough profit. Basically what he gets out of it is a free unlocked iPhone.

OKay, so can someone help me out, here?

Here's my situation:

June 15th, tried to pre order all day through both Apple and ATT website
Around 3 PM EST on ATT website I was able to get through but I shortly received an email stating my order had been cancelled. I managed to try two more times and had the result both times. At that point I gave up because I was unable to proceed on either site and ship dates had been moved up.
Next day I see my eligibility to upgrade has been moved to 6/17/2011, so I call ATT and they said I gat an order for an iPhone 4 32 GB black blah blah blah, but that was all the help they could offer me.
I have an order on their (ATT) website (below) but the status hasn't changed and it says my order was processed on the 16th.
Among all of that, I never got a confirmation email from ATT nor has my credit card been charged?
Anyone have any idea what my situation could be...? Worried about my iPhone... :(

Can anyone offer any insight?

:eek::eek::eek::eek::confused::confused::confused::confused::eek::eek::eek::eek::confused::confused::confused::confused:

I would NEVER admit such a purchase in a public forum....EVER! :D
Haha, why? I'm perfectly comfortable with my masculinity. Plus, she's excellent iCandy AND gives you your month's worth.

I've asked for the day off at work just in case. XP

Yeah, i mean the guy is offering up some phones for anyone interested. I dont see what the big deal is. Sounds like a smart move to me, seeing as he said he can wait to get one later, and because as we all know there are some crazy nutjobs who cant live 1 extra day without a phone. So im sure someone will take him up on that offer. And it's no different than people on ebay who are selling them and making $12-1300!

Got my shipping confirm and they reportedly dinged my credit card, although it has not been recorded by my bank yet. I suspect they did a pre-auth before shipping and will draw down anytime now.

Dude, you've asked twice on here in the same day about your situation. I know we all want our iP4's ASAP, but give it a moment.

It's obvious from what you posted that AT&T has your order and it hasn't shipped yet if they 1)haven't put a hold on your account to see if you have the funds 2)you haven't received an e-mail about it.

This thread is about orders from Apple.com being shipped to those who pre-ordered, if you want direct help about the AT&T process then go into a properly titled thread (or use SEARCH!).

Oh really? Why is this fraud? Just because I ask $1000. If you ppl cannot afford then ignore it. Someone who is really interested will come forward. If not then I will keep my Phones and use it. What is fraud in that? I have already mentioned the price and I am going to deliver the product. I don't see what's wrong here. I am not forcing anyone to give me money. It's just like Apple is not forcing anyone to buy its products.

I'm on your side buddy... I just replied with another post stating that it's just the entrepreneurial spirit. As you said, no one is going to be forced to buy a phone from you for $1,000. In economics I think it was called supply & demand... you (we) will have something that everyone wants but at the moment the supply is not there yet... hmm.. I'll buy yours for $1,000 and sell it for $2,000.. hehe :D

Anybody get beyond Lantau Island yet?

If I had to guess they'll be shipping on Monday for the US.
