a pawn shop down the road from me has

apple bluetooth mouse
apple bluetooth keyboard

its just the keyboard and mouse an no cd's or adapters.

now my question is this.

if i buy a bluetooth dongle from newegg.com will i be able to use the apple keyboard an mouse will it be plug and play or will i need some specific driver to get it working?

please help as i dont wanna waste $60 for this set an be dissapointed.

All Macs (Mac Pro/PowerMac aside) from the last 3 years or so have bluetooth and wifi as standard. You won't need anything else but batteries.

If your mac doesn't have bluetooth, you'll need to buy a Dlink DBT 120 adaptor - it's the one specified by Apple to ensure your keyboard and mouse will work. Other adaptors _may_ work, but there's no guarantees - certainly many don't.
