Apple Bluetooth not working correctly on iPhone

So my Apple BT will not work when it looses the BT signal and I try to turn it back on. I have to turn it off and then on again or reset the phone. Any one having any problems like this?

I keep Bluetooth on and it automatically finds my headset when I turn the headset on.
