ePub! This standard slipped under my radar. Will anyone in the UK be able to take it seriously?

I'm often amused by product names etc that are unintentionally hilarious for us in Britain, but you've lost me here. What are you getting at? It has the word "pub" in it? It's an anagram of "pube"? I'm just not getting the joke...
