Hi Everyone ! Maybe someone know , if I bought Apple Bundle for education in US and now I will change country on Canada , Will the bundle stay with me or not ? I'm going to Canada and can't decide , should I create separate Apple ID Canadian or I can change country in my own ID , I don't want to lose my apps

I don't see why not since the Canadian store also offers the same Pro Apps Bundle and it's tied to your Apple ID. OT: payment options are different in between Canada and US.

I'm assuming you are relocating to Canada permanently, yes it should be the same (keep bundle). I've done it but the other way around, from Canada to the States, although temporarily not permanently. With today's currency rates, Canada's price is slightly higher by 2-3 bucks so no biggie there. :)
