I've posted the question on the Apple support community as well but figured I'd come here for the experts!
Seems that when an event is created on my Outlook/M365 calendar at work, it never appears on my Apple Calendar for that account. All other events are sync'ing up just fine. This seems to be an issue on the current version of MacOS Calendar for Ventura and on Big Sur.
Anyone else having issue with Booking events not appearing in their Apple Calendar?

I haven't. Ironically, I learned yesterday that the booking calendar itself is an unlicensed user in Exchange so may experiment with some delegations but it's particularly frustrating.
I'm going to post a cross reference to in the Bookings forum.

Thanks for letting me know. It is very frustrating. Works on my iPhone but not Mac. Doesn't come up even when I forward to my 360 account..

BTW still an issue :-( or has anyone found a solution? Asked Claude.ai, Gemini and ChatGPT to no avail…

Yeah, this is driving me nuts. On a Reddit forum someone posted a similar issue with Fantastical. That was solved by using the Microsoft Graph API instead to sync calendars. Not sure if we have any control over that on Mac system level, or whether that is already used by default. Anyone have a clue?

You won't have any control of that on the Mac system level. Apple Mail will just use whatever APIs it has been coded to use. Currently, this is EWS (Exchange Web Services) but this is being deprecated by Microsoft and application developers encouraged to switch to using Graph APIs. EWS is due to be turned off by Microsoft starting in October through to April next year.

Apparently (according to Microsoft) they are working with Apple to get Apple Mail clients updated to use Graph rather than EWS but who knows when Apple will actually get round to implementing and shipping this. I guess (depending on how much of a priority Apple see this and how much work is involved) could be as late as October so don't expect anything to happen in the immediate future, and Microsoft won't want to do any development to EWS to make Bookings events sync properly given that it is a deprecated API. Nothing you can do right now but wait.
