Apple Car Play Not Working

Apple Car play been working, updated to iOS 15.4 and now won’t connect.

I have removed the profile from the car but when I plug my iPhone in the “allow to trust” literal comes on for 1 second.

I reinstalled iOS on the phone..

Any ideas?
