Looks like Apple has integrated iMessage support via Goldman Sachs.

People who are interested in getting help with their Apple Card can go to Wallet, select their card, and hit the message icon.

Amex has this feature and a few other big credit companies might too, but Apple has really knocked this one out of the park with native iMessage integration.

While this works, I’ve found the phone support to be more knowledgeable and helpful. iMessage support appears to be out of country.

People keep asking what makes the Apple Card worth getting over all the other credit cards already on the market. This is just one of the many reasons why. The seamless integration with iOS gives it the simplicity that no other card has. Yes, I can check my balance on other cards, and I can even track my spending activity on most of them. But to be able to have these at a glance in your Wallet when you pull up the card without having to open another app and log in will have huge appeal to people who aren't really in the credit card "game."

I don't foresee myself using the Apple Card at all because I have other cards that give better cash back and rewards points (I got one anyway to increase my overall credit limit), but there's certainly a market out there for this card.

Just a warning, but all that was needed when I contacted Apple Card support (I.e. Goldman Sachs) by phone for them to access my account was my name and birthday. I’m assuming they also used my phone number. All three pieces of info are public info. That’s an almost criminal lack of security.

iMessage is probably more secure, but I’ve found it less helpful.
