Apple Card apple card credit increased

apple/goldman increased my credit limit by 25% yesterday.

anyone else? i wonder if this is part of the upcoming apple card family thing.

Mine happened last week. Got a bump of 50% (20K to 30K - not bragging, just for reference). Surprised me as I did not request the increase and we rarely went really close to our old limit.

thanks - based on the low response it doesn't sound like this was a universal thing but it still might be related to the family thing.

How did u sign ur wife up. When I do it just says family sharing for othe services such as Apple TV. No Apple Card is in the list

after upgrading to ios 14.6 there is a big ad in the wallet app which has a button to start the process of adding family members to the card. the family members also have to be on 14.6 or they will not be eligible.

Yeah we’re both on 14.6 but there’s no Apple Card anywhere on the list hmm

it worked for me. Click on three dots and and click on share card. Make sure they’re in ur family sharing. Than send invite. U can add as account co owner or just participant. Co owner they check ur credit score and participant is just like an authorized user

Oh, no, I mean he got added, but the credit line and APR didn't change.
