Apple Card - credit limit increase?

I was reading an article on the main MacRumors page which states credit limits could perhaps go up overtime with Apple Card.

Are there certain things someone needs to do to increase the limit over time for Apple Card?

Like many credit cards, I believe the account will be reviewed 6/12 months with possibly of increasing the credit limit depending on your usage and payment history. Use up to 30% of total credit limit to show you’re responsible.
