Apple Card iPhone Installments for Unlocked /SIM Free iPhone

It does not appear it works when you select a SIM free iPhone.

Pretty disappointed. Anyone have any additional input?

I answered my own question if anyone is interested in seeing this.

”Apple Card Monthly Installments is financed through Apple Card and is subject to credit approval and credit limit. iPhone activation required with one of these national carriers.”
