Apple Card just got charged $66.41 for iPhone 11

Does anyone know if the $66.41 charge on my Apple Card is for the taxes on the new iphone 11 I just ordered ?

I am in 9.5% sales tax rate so it seems to be so....
But then the charge is from Citizen's Bank.
Does this mean it's shipping too ?

You will be charged the full amount of any sales tax at the time of purchase if you opt to finance your Apple product. Law states that you can't finance sales tax and it is due upon initial purchase.
