Today I recieved an email from Apple that my address was successfully changed. Problem was, I didnt ask for my address to be changed. Almost immediatley after that email charges started showing up on my Apple Card. I called and had the card locked. An investigation is now underway but in the meantime, I can't see my card in the wallet nor can I pay my bill!

I have to mail a check to Goldman Sachs? Seriously?

You can pay them direct from your checking account or another bank account that you have. I do that all the time with my credit card bills.
How? My Apple Card is locked..i can't get into it at all. I dont even know what my balance is.

It doesn't matter. I have had my personal and business Visa cards locked several times because of fraudulent charges. Of course I still have to pay my bills. What I do is have my checking account both personal and business debited for the amounts I owe. You don't need the card to do that, just your checking account number. Just give Goldman Sachs permission to directly debit your checking account.

You don't seem to understand. If their card disappeared from their wallet on iOS, there is no immediate way for them to know what their balance is. They don't receive paper statements, and there is no web access to their account. It's not like other traditional accounts where you can still access your account online.

I had assumed the OP kept track of his balance. I know that sometimes it's difficult to do especially when charging for things and not receiving a receipt. Then only way he can obtain how much his balance is, is to call as was suggested in the previous reply.

Yep....I have to call. When Apple Card is locked, the entire account just disappears from your phone, as if you never had it. Very very odd.

Yeah, that is odd. I don't own an Apple Card but every other card I do own allows you to check your balance directly at their web site even if that particular card is locked due to fraud. I hope you can get it resolved.
