Apple Care? and where is forum search option?

My coworker says I should definitely get Apple care for the iPhone X...being that its new technology, I'm thinking about it...what is your opinion?

Also, I cant find a search forums option anywhere...I am on a AF Base and have seen were certain features on sites are blocked...is it that? Or am I blind?

EDIT......
I found it dragging my mouse all over the top of the web page...it is invisible for some reason
