Apple Care+ coverage accidental damage

Hello,

When Apple Care tells you that you have coverage for up to two incidents of accidental damage.. does this means that if you get you MBP scratch or get a small dent it's covered?.. or this is for something major. Will they change the whole laptop body if there are scratches?
