I have an iPhone 11 promax midnight green I’m paying it on the iPhone upgrade program that includes AppleCare plus since this device I had was replace 3 to 4 times from AppleCare Express team a senior advisor requested that I get a brand new unit.


it was processed from the Apple care team my question I have will the iPhone upgrade program and AppleCare plus details which answer to this brand new sealed unit ?

Honestly, this seems like a question that Apple might be able to answer better than anybody on this forum would.
 
Any AppleCare work usually involves a refurbished unit that is (in my opinion) better than new. They replace the glass front/back, they replace the battery, and you get it in a sealed box. All of my AppleCare+ replacements have come in a white box (unmarked) that was "sealed" but "refurbished" in the above way. They call it "new" - at least they have in my experience.

I don't think I've ever been given a "brand new" sealed unit as a replacement when doing an AppleCare+ replacement.
