Apple Care or Square Trade Warranty

Ive been kicking around which would be a better bang for the buck and services.
Ive heard mixed thoughts on this subject, so I decided to ask the masses:
Which one would be a better choice?

I was considering SquareTrade until they changed their Smartwatch plan the day the AppleWatch launched. Before the 24th their plan didn't include a deductible and was for 3 years. For me to cover my watch ST is now $10 more than AC+, the deductible is $20 more, and same length of coverage. Why would I pay more for ST?? No thanks, I'm going with AC+ now.
